# Getting started with Wheewise

> What Wheewise is, the three apps, how accounts work, and where to go next.

Wheewise is an online marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned **cars, bikes, commercial vehicles, taxis and leases** from dealers across India. Buyers browse for free; dealers list their stock, talk to buyers and manage their shop.

## The apps

| Buyer app | [www.wheewise.com](https://www.wheewise.com) | Anyone looking for a vehicle. Browsing needs no account; you sign in to enquire, save, compare and chat. |
| Dealer app | [dealer.wheewise.com](https://dealer.wheewise.com) | Dealers: stock, chats, test drives, leads, reviews, reports, shop page and website settings, and AI assistant access. |
| Association app | association.wheewise.com | Dealer associations: a read-only overview of their member shops, and invitations for new dealers. |
| Shop website | <shop-name>.wheewise.com | Every dealer shop gets its own address showing its live vehicles, in one of four looks. |

## Accounts and signing in

- There are **no passwords**. Sign in with **Google**, or with a **six-digit code emailed to you**. The same account works on all Wheewise apps.
- An account has one role: buyer, dealer or association. If you sign in to the wrong app, you are sent to the right one.
